1969 Dodge Power Wagon – Sweptline
1969 Dodge Power Wagon to Sweptline Conversion Skip brought the1969 Dodge Powerwagon came to my shop December 23rd 2018. Skip and I discussed a game plane to build a custom street truck and convert the four wheel drive Power Wagon to a 2 wheel drive. The first step was to completely disassemble the truck. Next, we ordered a custom chassis with a Ford 9” rear end from Scott's Hotrods in southern California. We ordered a 727 torqueflight race transmission and had our local machine shop build us a 440 based big block Dodge 513 cubic inch engine with electronic Hilborn......
